A central midfielder, Mile Jedinak is unlikely to get too much game time in South Africa but will get his first experience of a major international tournament.
After making his Australia debut in 2008 against Singapore, Jedinak has established himself as a key member of Pim Verbeek's squad and has taken his tally of caps into double figures.
After joining the Central Coast Mariners from Sydney United, Jedinak made the move to European club football by joining Turkish side Genēlerbirliši.
He has since spent time on loan with Antalyaspor as he strives to establish himself at the highest level.
